Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Numeroo and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press “Delete account”.
3. Press “Delete my account” to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and the app signs you out. This cannot be undone.

Without the app

Write to [email protected] with your username, as it appears on your Profile in the app. We check that the account is yours, delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.

What is deleted

Your username, email address, name and password, the Game Center, Play Games, Google and Apple IDs linked to the account, your sessions, friends, friend requests and blocks, the messages you sent us and the IP addresses we recorded.

What is kept

Your games, answers and poll votes stay under an anonymous number with no name attached: a battle belongs to two players, and answers tell us how hard a question is. They no longer identify you.

Error reports are deleted within 90 days and server logs within 30 days, as they always are.

On the website

A Daily played on numeroo.io without an account belongs to a guest identity kept in your browser, with no name or email address. Clearing your browser’s storage for numeroo.io discards it.
